Tipsigs Or Bourbon Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 - 6 Oz. Pkg. Semi-sweet Chocolate Pieces | ||
| 3 Tbs. White Corn Syrup | ||
| Bourbon | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla wafers | 1 box, crushed | |
| Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
Directions
Melt semi-sweet chocolate over hot, not boiling, water.
Add corn syrup and bourbon.
Combine crushed wafers, powdered sugar and nuts.
Add to chocolate mixture and mix well.
Let stand 30 min.
Form 1" balls and roll in powdered or granulated sugar.
Let ripen in covered container at least several days.
The longer, the better.
Great for the holidays.
