 Button mushrooms - 24 small, well-shaped, nicely white, left whole, but with any dried stem ends trimmed off
 Garlic5 Clove (5gm)
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon, dried
 Red cayenne pepper2 Pinch
 Light soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Dry vermouth1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a 4-quart pressure cooker, add all the ingredients together.
2) Place the lid and bring up the pressure to 15 pounds and immediately turn off the heat.
3) Allow the pressure to fall in about 4 minutes on its own.

SERVING
4) Spear the mushrooms with the toothpicks and serve immediately on a serving platter.
