Ingredients
| Tindora | 50 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 , finely / long chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Sambar powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ajust the quantity of water as needed) | |
| Coriander stalk | 1⁄4 | |
| Grated coconut/Desiccated coconut | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Jeera seeds | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) |
Directions
First wash tindora and chop long shape or round shape and keep aside
Put Oil in a Kadai when it is hot add mustard,jeera allow to splutter.
Then add Onion ,curry leaves and fry onion till golden brown,
Add tomato fry till they become soft,then add tindora,water and allow tindora to cook.
When it is cooked add sambar powder,salt and keep stiring till water is completely dry.
Serve when it is hot with Rice,chapati.
Garnish with coriander or grated coconut.
