Tinda Masala Recipe

| Medium sized round gourd | 300 Gram (tinda) | |
| Roasted peanut powder | 100 Gram | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Coriander leaves | 1 Teaspoon (for garnish) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garam masala | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |

Directions
heat oil then add hing, cilli powder, and turmeric, coriander powder and saute it, then add peanut powderand mix well.
then add little water and saute for 2 minute.
add round gourd (tinda) ,garam masala and if required then add water and simmer for 5 minute.
after that you add salt and keep on simmer till tinda is tender.
garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
