Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add Chinese seasoning mix. Marinate the tilapia fillets with this mix.
2. In a pan, heat oil. Fry the tilapia fillets until brown on both sides.
3. In a skillet, add the stir fry vegetable mix and stir fry until crisp.
SERVING
4. Serve the Fried Tilapia, Stir Fried Vegetables and Plain Rice for dinner.
FOR BAKED TILAPIA
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a baking dish, combine buttermilk, white flour and Cajun spice mix.
3. Add tilapia fillets and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
4. Bake in the oven until done.
SERVING
5. Serve the Baked Tilapia with fresh salads.
FOR SALMON SANDWICH
MAKING
1. In a toaster, toast the bread slices.
2. Apply mayonnaise and dijon mustard on toasted bread slices.
3. Make sandwich with the salmon fillets.
4. In a serving plate, place the sandwich. Sprinkle Chinese seasoning on top.
5. Garnish with green onions, bell peppers and cucumber.
