Directions

Cook basmati rice in microwave, stir in between.
Set the rice aside.
While rice is being cooked, clean and dice the veggies.
Saute the veggies with the spices.
Saute quickly the marinated cubes of fish filletin microwave.
In a pot, make a layered assembly of biryani in the bottom, top with fish fillets.
Make another rice layer, top with veggies, and rice layer.
Put whole green onions on top.
Cover the pot, simmer for an hour.
Serve your biryani with raita.
