 Potatoes250 Gram
 Gingelly650 Gram
 Salt To Taste
 Oil50 Milliliter (For tempering)
 Fenugreek seeds5 Gram (For tempering)
 Green chillies10 Gram (For tempering)
 Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon (For tempering)
 Asafoetida1 Teaspoon (For tempering)
 Timur 1 tsp. (optional)

Directions

1. Mix together cubed potatoes, roasted and powdered gingelly (sesame) seeds and salt.
2. Heat oil, add fenugreek seeds.
3. As they splutter, add green chillies, turmeric and asafoetida.
4. Mix well and pour over potato mixture.
