Til Aloo Dum Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 250 Gram | |
| Gingelly | 650 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Oil | 50 Milliliter (For tempering) | |
| Fenugreek seeds | 5 Gram (For tempering) | |
| Green chillies | 10 Gram (For tempering) | |
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon (For tempering) | |
| Asafoetida | 1 Teaspoon (For tempering) | |
| Timur 1 tsp. (optional) | ||
Directions
1. Mix together cubed potatoes, roasted and powdered gingelly (sesame) seeds and salt.
2. Heat oil, add fenugreek seeds.
3. As they splutter, add green chillies, turmeric and asafoetida.
4. Mix well and pour over potato mixture.
