Tiger Prawns with Banana Leaves and Dill Recipe Video
A bit tricky in preparation but worth it.
Ingredients
* MEDIUM SIZE TIGER PRAWNS €“ 12 PCs.
* SLICED GREEN ONION €“ 25gr.
* SLICED GINGER €“ 25gr.
* SALT €“ 1 ½ tsp.
* DILL €“ ½ tsp.
* BROWN SUGAR €“ ½ tsp.
* SESAME OIL €“ 2 tbsp.
* EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL €“ 2 tbsp.
* BANANA LEAVES
Directions
Clean the Tiger prawns by cutting feet and engraving the shell on the back side (using a sharp knife). Mix all the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl but the banana leaves. Insert part of the spices into the engraves of Tiger prawns, place the banana leaves on the layer of the steamer, arrange the tiger prawns on it, sprinkle all over the remaining spices and steam the prawns for 10min since water is boiling.
