Tic Toc Red Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 bowl left-over rice | ||
| 1 big beetroot, boiled and mashed | ||
| 3 potatoes, boiled and mashed | ||
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Semolina | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste | ||
| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ajwain | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chaat masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt and pepper powder to taste | ||

Directions
1. Mix onion, tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain, ginger-garlic paste, paneer, chaat masala, potatoes, beetroot, salt and pepper.
2. Mix the mixture with rice and mash it well by hands.
3. Make flat balls and shape it in heart shape using shaper.
4. Apply semolina and bake them.
