Thyme Chicken Puff Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Ground thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Chicken stock | 2/3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 5 , separated | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked chicken | 1 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Nippy Cheese Sauce | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
MAKING
2) Take a medium mixing bowl and add flour, salt, parsley flakes, thyme and pepper, combine them
3) To this, pour the evaporated milk, chicken stock, lightly beaten egg yolks and lemon juice
4) To this mixture, add the chicken and blend it well
5) In a large mixing bowl add the extracted egg whites, beat them until stiff but not dry
6) To this, fold in the chicken mixture and place it into a well-greased 2-quart casserole
7) Bake this for 1 hour
SERVING
8) After taking out of the oven, serve immediately with Nippy Cheese Sauce
