Thyme And Garlic Rubbed Pork Tenderloin Recipe Video
Herb and garlic rubbed pork tenderloin, easy and delicious
Ingredients
2 loves coarsly chopped garlic
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp olive oil
1 pork tenderloin
Directions
Combine garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and olive oil and rub aqll over pork tenderloin. Wrap in plastic
and refrigerate for 4 hours (and up to 12 hours). Heat a cast iron skillet and film with olive oil. Sear pork on all sides, about
4 mins a side. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 20-30 mins or internal temp reads 170 F. Let rest under foil for 5-10 mins. Slice
thinly and plate up with veggies and potatoes. Garnish with fresh parseley.
