Three Way Salad Recipe

Ingredients

| Carrots | 6 , chopped | |
| Cucumber | 1 , chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 , sliced | |
| 1 c. croutons or ground crackers | ||
| Celery stalks | 3 , diced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 3/4 c. diet dressing | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped (opt.) | ||
| Shrimp | 2 6 Ounce | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Just before serving, add dressing and sprinkle cheese on top.
