Three Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
This is a delicious Three-vegetable Stir-fry which will make you keep asking for more! Just try this yummy recipe. I am sure you will love it!
Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound yellow squash, sliced
1 pound zucchini, sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Wash green beans, trim ends, and remove strings.
Cut beans into 1-inch pieces, set aside.
Pour oil around top of a preheated wok or large skillet, allow to heat at medium high (325°) for 2 minutes.
Add green beans and garlic, stir-fry 8 minutes.
Add yellow squash and zucchini, stir-fry 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Serve immediately.
