Ingredients
12 oz cleaned snapped green beans
12 oz cleaned snapped wax beans
14 oz can kidney beans
1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
freshly ground blk pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp honey or sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs chopped red onion
Directions
Cook green and wax beans over boiling water for 5 mins. Combine oil, vinegar and spices, salt and pepper and honey. Add drained beans. Drain and rinse kidney beans and add to salad. Add parsley and onion and toss to coat. Serve warm, chilled or at room

Hi! I think the best way to can bean salad is by refrigerating it in covered container. But something you would want to take care of is to not to let the salad freeze well. Also, it will be great to use up the salad in 3-5 days time, if you would still love to have it fresh! :)

Also, it would be better if you can use up the salad in 3-5 days time! :)
