Three-Bean Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound pork sausage | ||
| Celery stalks | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 large clove garlic, crushed | ||
| Tomato sauce | 2 Can (10oz), baked | |
| Lima beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce | ||
Directions
Cook and stir sausage, celery, onion and garlic until sausage is done, about 10 minutes; drain.
Mix sausage mixture with remaining ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole.
Cook uncovered in 400° oven, stirring once, until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
