 Boneless chicken breast1/2 Pound, thinly sliced (Filling)

 Ginger syrup2 Tablespoon, sliced (Filling)
 Lychees4 Ounce, canned (Filling)
 Loquats4 Ounce, canned (Filling)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Light soy sauce3 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 White vinegar3 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Sugar3 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Lychee1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)

Directions

1 Combine chicken, cornstarch and egg white in a bowl. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry chicken until white. Add ginger, lychees and loquats.
2 Combine sauce ingredients. Stir into chicken and heat until thickened.
