Three Hour Refrigerator Pickles Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 6 Pound | |
| Onions | 4 Medium | |
| Sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Slice the cucumbers 1/4 in.thick.
Slice onions 1/8 in.thick.
Place both in a large nonmetallic bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumbers and onions.
Stir well for 5 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, stirring occasionally.
