Ingredients

 Oranges4 Medium
 Peaches4 Pound, peeled
 Pears4 Pound, pared
 Powdered fruit pectin package1 1 3/4 Ounce
 Sugar9 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Slice unpeeled oranges in quarters, then in 1/4-inch slices.
Discard seeds.
Measure fruits into large kettle and mix thoroughly.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Simmer gently 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir in pectin and cook gently for 1 minute.
Stir in sugar and bring to a vigorous boil, stirring constantly.
Boil hard 7 minute; remove from heat.
Skim and stir about 7 minutes.
Pour into hot scalded jars.
Seal at once.
