 Rice grain1/2 Cup (16 tbs), steamed
 Ground chicken7 Ounce
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (Seasoning for ground meat:)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon (Seasoning for ground meat:)
 Mirin2 Tablespoon (Seasoning for ground meat:)
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, grated (Seasoning for ground meat:)
 Eggs4 , beaten (Seasoning for ground meat:)
 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar for the eggs
 15-20 snow peas, cut into slivers

Directions

MAKING
1) Prepare steamed rice.
2) In a pan, saute ground meat with the ingredients for the seasoning , blend well.
3) Scramble the eggs adding the sugar.
4) In lightly salted water, boil the snow peas and drain well.

FINALIZING
5) Place the hot steamed rice into four individual serving bowls or dishes; arrange the ground meat, scrambled eggs, and snow peas into three demarcated rows .

SERVING
6) Serve as desired either hot or at room temperature.
