Three Cheese Micro Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie tub margarine | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 clove elephant garlic, minced | ||
| 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni | ||
| 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In 2-quart casserole, in microwave oven, melt margarine on High 30 seconds. Stir in onion and garlic; microwave on High 1 minute.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well to combine. Cover and microwave on High 3 minutes, until heated through. Let stand 1 minute.
