Three Cheese Dressing Recipe

1/4 pound blue cheese
1 large package (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 tablespoons grated
Sap Sago cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 clove garlic, mashed
About 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Using the small bowl of your electric mixer, mix together the blue cheese, cream cheese, and Sap Sago cheese until well blended.
Add the tarragon, salt, pepper, and garlic puree.
Gradually beat in milk until the dressing is the consistency of medium thick cream.
Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate to use later
