Original Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

The experience of this Thousand Island Dressing recipe, will never let you go for another recipe again. This is the best recipe of Eggplant Eggs I have ever made. Ingredients

 
16 fl. oz. mayonnaise
 
1 1/4 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
 
2 tablespoons chopped pimientos or sweet pickle
 
10 stuffed green olives, finely chopped
 
2 hard boiled eggs, very finely chopped
 
1 medium sized shallot, very finely chopped
 
3 tablespoons olive oil
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 
1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Tabasco, chopped pimientos or pickle, green olives, chopped eggs, shallot, olive oil, salt, black pepper and wine vinegar and beat them together with a wooden spoon, until they are thoroughly blended.
Pour the dressing into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
