Horseradish Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato ketchup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon, grated |
Directions
Beat together the mayonnaise, ketchup and hot water until frothy.
Gradually beat in the paprika, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and horseradish.
The dressing should be light and airy and used at once.
If it is left to stand before serving, it should be beaten again.
Serve with chicory, endive, asparagus and beet salads, as well as with those containing lobster, herring, chicken or turkey, anchovy, cooked veal or eggs.
