 2 tbsp finely chopped sweet green pepper
 Sweet red pepper1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Minced parsley1 Tablespoon
 Dill pickle1 , finely chopped
 Light mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Chili Sauce2 Tablespoon
 Granulated Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Tablespoon
 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped

Directions

In bowl, combine green and red peppers, parsley and dill pickle. In blender, combine mayonnaise, onion, oil, vinegar, chili sauce, sugar, milk and egg; blend until smooth. Stir into vegetable mixture. Chill well. Makes about 2 cups (500 ml).
