Thirty Minute Fruit Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 6-ounce can any frozen juice concentrate, except pineapple | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ice cubes | 3 | |
| Fruit | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
Directions
In a saucepan, combine gelatin, sugar and salt.
Add water and cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat; add frozen juice concentrate, lemon juice and ice cubes.
Stir until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in fruit; pour into a lightly oiled 3-cup mold.
Refrigerate 25 minutes or until firm.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
