Thimbleberry And Gooseberry Jelly Recipe

 2 qts. thimbleberries
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Gooseberries1 Quart
 Sugar4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 pkg. powdered pectin

Directions

Stew thimbleberries with 1/4 cup water 12 minutes.
Stew gooseberries with 1/4 cup water 12 minutes.
Place fruits in jelly bag and strain juice.
Add sugar to juice and simmer to 220°F.
Add pectin and boil hard 1 minute.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
