1 1/4 cups cold milk
 
2 medium bananas, frozen and cut up
 
1 cup fresh or frozen chopped peaches, strawberries, or blueberries

5 large ice cubes

Directions

In a blender container combine milk, frozen bananas, desired chopped fruit, cottage cheese, dates, honey, and ice cubes.
