Thick Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar, 1 1/2 to 2 cups | ||
| Water, 1 1/2 to 2 cups | ||
Directions
In a sauce pan combine sugar and water.
Place on fire.
Stir till sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil.
Let it boil for two minutes more on low fire.
Add a teaspoon milk or few grains citric acid to clarify syrup.
Remove from heat and strain.
