Thick Hamburger Soup Recipe

| 1/2 c. quick-cooking barley | ||
Directions
Place meat in a 4-quart casserole.
Microwave 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Add remaining ingredients and cover.
Microwave 45 minutes; stir every 15 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 30 minutes before serving.
