Thai Stir Fried Peanut Chicken and Tofu Recipe Video

Ingredients
1 zucchini
Handful Chinese peas
1/4 onion
4 mushrooms
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 stalk green onion
1/2 package firm tofu
1 package chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp Peanut sauce
Green beans
Garlic
1 c white rice
2 c brown rice
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/2 chicken breast, diced
3 tbsp soy suace
1 tsp Thai seasoning
Directions
1. Make green beans with garlic, oil, salt and pepper, garlic salt.
2. Bake the beans in oven for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a pan and saute onion, garlic.
4. Add chicken, carrot, celery and cook.
5. Add mushrooms, zucchini and tofu. Cook for a while.
6. Mix soy sauce, Thai seasoning and peanut sauce.
7. Add sauce mixture to the chicken.
8. Add green beans also. Stir to mix.
9. Serve with mixed rice.
