Recipe Story

This was my answer to what a good turkey and egg white wrap could taste like...

:) Nikko

Ingredients

1 Tumaro's Southwest Chipolte Chile & Peppers Tortilla (YUM)

5 Egg whites

1/8th Cup hatch chiles

1/8th Cup low fat sour cream

2 tsp chipolte chilie cheddar cheese

1/4 lb Cubed turkey

1/4 cup diced tomato

Directions

Beat the egg whites with the chilies and sour cream. Heat a pan over a medium low heat and add the turkey - cook until warmed through - add the egg whites and cook - when almost finished add the tomato and cheese and mix through. Wrap it all up in your tortilla and enjoy...
