Recipe Story

I'm in the plans of opening a pizza shop here in the Jax area. I've been working on some different subs for the shop. This simple version of the classic meatball sub made the cut...

:) Nikko

Ingredients

A good sub roll

Tomato sauce

Meatballs

Mozzarella cheese

Directions

slice your sub roll but not all the way through - you want to make a nice little pocket for all the yummy sauce, meatballs, and cheese
heat up your tomato sauce and meatballs
put down a layer of cheese on your roll - top with meatballs and sauce
lay on some more cheese!
broil until the cheese is nice and melted
eat
enjoy

Editors Review

Through this video, Nikko the chef, is teaching us how to cook innovatively to come up with new recipes almost everyday. The video is sure to make hungry and the first thing one will do is go to the kitchen and prepare a Meatball sandwich for dinner. A meatball in tomato sauce is totally appetizing and the dish can make anyone mad. Two thumbs up for this quick meal.

A little basic, i would have thought this method was a bit obvious to everyone?? Maybe try making a fresh tomato sauce, something along the lines of olive oil, tomatos, basil, garlic & salt & pepper. also how about some salad on that, maybe in a small amount of a simple Vinaigrette to add to the flavour. I reckon its time to check those recipes further before opening the pizza shop!!
