Directions

GETTING READY
1) Peel and slice the celeriac into julienne.
2) Finely chop the green peppercorns.

MAKING
3) In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned celeriac with rest of the ingredients.
4) Mix thoroughly with hands until the celeriac juliennes are nicely coated.

SERVING
5) Garnish the celeriac remoulade with some fresh edible flower petals and serve.
