Editors Review

Guacamole is a nature's delight food; the buttery texture has almost replaced the butter from the vegan's palate. It’s the healthiest fruit that helps reduce cholesterol from heart and prevent accumulation of cholesterol more than any other fruit. The chef is building up a Guacamole Sandwich which is easy, quick and healthy. Definitely recommended at least twice a week for healthy heart, skin and body.

I just picked up some awesome bread at the Polish market, actually the bread is a Bavarian Rye.n I am going to have an Applewood smoked bacon, avocado with a thick slice of Caspian Pink Heirloom tomato-some grinds of fresh pepper all piled on the toasted rye with Best Foods mayo for my dinner tonight. Hey that's cooking for one. and a nice glass of 2003 Merlot Nero D'Avola from Sicily. You know red wine is good for your health and mental health as well.

Yes the Florida Avocados are not so good. I can grow Avocados here but they have to be potted. We get too cold to plant them in the ground. I buy my avocados at Costco - I get 6 in a bag and they're pretty inexpensive...

Love AVOCADOS! Hass is my favourite-do not like those huge watery ones from Florida. My avocado tree died last year made us very sad.
