Chefs from the house of cooking my way show an easy casserole recipe. Just four ready ingredients mixed well and popped up in the oven for a healthy and complete meal. Definitely a must try for working class people and for everyone else because at some point of time you will not have enough energy to cook a dinner and that's when this recipe will come handy.

I know this was popular in the 60's, but there are so many healthy and yummy veggie dishes. My daughter made this dish and took it to a Serbian (her DH family) get together a few years back and they all loved it. We al laughed as it is an old American stand by, but for them it was a new taste, and soooo American. Tom me it is disgusting. I mean frozen green beans, canned mushroom soup and yes Durkee Onion rings. LOL It is our family----Durkee, but I still it is a dreadful mess. Shanti/Mary-Anne

I think this is a great dish - not that it's unhealthy considering it serves 6 or more but if you just had to you could always use low fat or no fat cream of mushroom soup. I tried it once making my own mushroom soup using a myriad of mushrooms and onion rings and it good, but to me not as good as using the canned stuff... Oddly enough this is a dish I look forward to on the holidays... :) Nikko

I know. This is like the easiest casserole ever :) I made it for Thanksgiving. But also added artichoke to it and it turned out awesome.
