Rice flour
 
Potato starch
 
Tapioca flour
 
Gelatin powder
 
Xanthum gum
 
Olive oil

Directions

Blend the xanthum gum with warm water. Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly. Make a well to pour the olive oil and the gum. Mix it thoroghly to prepare the dough. Roll them in bread shape and put inside the oven at 375F.
