the Real Thing Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 1 3 pound, canned | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cloves | ||
| Orange marmalade | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maple syrup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cola | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place ham, fat side up, in baking pan.
Coat with mustard and stud with cloves.
Add layer of orange marmalade; top with maple syrup.
Combine vinegar wine and cola and pour over ham, letting mixture drip down sides.
Bake 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let ham stand another 15 minutes before you slice and serve.
