Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan dissolve the sugar in water, stir over medium heat until all the sugar is dissolved, set aside to cool.
2. Place the margarita glasses in the refrigerator for chilling, before serving.
3. Take a lime wedge and rub the rim of the glass then dip the wet edge into the salt.
4. In the blender, pour sweet and sour, tequila, lime juice, triple sec and 1 teaspoon of simple sugar, add ice and blend.
5. Once done pour the margarita in the chilled margarita glass.

SERVING
6. Serve the margarita frozen with a garnish of lemon wedge.
