Ingredients

Â• 1 bottle of white beer
 Potatoes5 Large
 Â• A bunch of carrots
 Corn1 Can (10oz)
Â• 1 tiny chopped onion so you donÂ’t cry as much ... you cry baby!
 Green onion1 , finely chopped
 Ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Â• ¾ cup of 3% milk
 Butter2 Tablespoon
Â• A drizzle of olive oil
Â• Mozzarella cheese. As much as you want.
Â• Salt ‘n Pepper 1 tsp of each
Â• Salt ‘n Pepper 1 tsp of each

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 F. Wash and dry the potatoes and the carrots. Put them to boil for about 20 mins or until fork tender. Drain and mash ‘em with the milk, 1 tbsp. of butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

After you cried chopping the onion, you‘ll need to change your mind. So, in a frying pan add a bit of olive oil and the onion until caramelized. Add the ground beef and here’s the fun part:open that bottle of white beer, and take a sip to make sure it’s good and fresh. Pour half of the bottle onto the ground beef and onions then let it cook baby!

Now take another sip while you wait. Feeling good yet? Now we’re jammin’:drizzle the olive oil over a rectangular baking dish. Lay down the drunken ground beef. Open that can of corn. Lay it all over the meat.
Spread the mashed mixture and the second tbsp. of butter over the corn. Sprinkle the green onion and the mozzarella on top of it all. And to the oven goes the dish... tic, tac, tic tac ... cook for 30 mins max.

The In & Outs are not only cooking delicious sheperd's pie around. They are cooking a super hot and spicy second album to be released later in Autumn. And by the way, by the way this recipe is yummie.
