If the school plcaes you with a bartending job, more than likely you will use the recipes taught by the school. The school teaches you the proper way for proper plcaes. If you are tending at a dance club then you probably didn't get placed there by the school.I would say stick with what you know and only change up for specific customers. 9 times out of 10 the customer will tell you exactly what they want whether you know how to make it or not.
