Sicilian Swordfish Recipe Video

Ingredients
| Swordfish slices | 4 | |
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small (Julienned) | |
| Celery stalks | 2 (Julienned) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green olives | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Italian peeled canned tomato | 1 Pound | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Pinoli | 1 Ounce | |
| Raisins | 1 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Pinch |
Directions
In a pan, sauté the garlic and onions for 2 minutes then add all the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Sauté the swordfish in the olive oil, add the cooked vegetables and finish by cooking all together.
