Creme de Cassis is our focus of the day and its interaction with Irish Cream. Talk about a crazy cocktail, this does it for the day.
Ingredients
Creme de Cassis – 1 ounce
Irish Cream – 1 ounce
Coconut rum – 1/2 ounce
Gold rum – 1/2 ounce
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large cocktail shaker, pour in the Creme de Cassis, Irish Cream, Coconut rum and Gold Rum over ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a serving glass
SERVING
3. Serve chilled

Mixing cream based liqueurs is not easy. Some mixes can go horribly wrong resulting in disgustingly curdled appearance but the Cassis Yoghurt is completely tasty and strong too.
