The Captain Cook Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon peel strip | 2 | |
| Pineapple juice | 4 Ounce | |
| 1 1/2 ounces Lemon Hart rum | ||
| 1/2 ounce Bacardi light rum | ||
| Grand marnier | 1 Ounce | |
| Fresh pineapple or orange wedges | ||
Directions
Fill two 8-ounce glasses 3/4 full with crushed ice.
Twist lemon peel over each glass to release lemon oils.
Discard peel.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ice.
Garnish with fresh fruit.
