| Onion | 1 , chopped | |

| Pepper | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
1) In a large stockpot, combine togther all the ingredients.
2) Cook the mixture over low heat, uncovered, for about 1 hour.
3) Take the soup bone out.
4) Gently simmer the mixture over moderate heat for another 30 minutes.
5) Allow the sauce to cool.
6) Strain the cooled liquid.
SERVING
7) Use the preparation over large meat cuts, on both sides.
