Thandai Recipe
The Thandai is a personal favorite. It is great to relax with a glass of Thandai at the end of a tiring and long day! Try this refreshing drink!!
Ingredients
| Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin | ||
| Milk | 1 1/2 Liter | |
| Almonds - 8-10, soaked and peeled | ||
| Peppercorns | 6 To taste | |
| Elaichi | 4 | |
| Saunf | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Khus essence - 1 tsp | ||
| Crushed ice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a Food processor jar, add soaked and peeled almonds along with elaichi and saunf.
2 Grind to a fine paste.
3 Add in the other ingredients and blend until well mixed.
4 Strain well.
SERVING
5 In each glass put crushed ice.
6 Pour in the thandai and serve garnished with rose petals.
