Thandai Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Poppy seeds | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Melon | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Whole peppercorns | 8 To taste | |
| Milk fat | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Ice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed |
Directions
Place the ground almonds, poppy seeds, melon seeds, and peppercorns in a bowl and add 1 cup of milk.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pour this mixture into a blender and add the remaining milk and sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the ice and blend for 25-30 seconds longer.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
