Thai'd Up Tomato Salad Recipe
This is an easy Thai'd up salad.
Thai salads (Yams) are usually the hottest part of a Thai meal, but you can tame this salad by controlling the amount of minced chiles used.

Ingredients
4 heirloom tomatoes
1/2 English or Asian cucumber
1 Stockton red onion (seeet)
1 red bell pepper
1 avocado
lots of fresh coriander
Dressing:
juice of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon light soy sauce
1 Tablespoon fish sauce (nam Pla, Golden Boy is good brand)
1 teaspoon date palm sugar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1-2 minced Thai Dragon chiles (phrik chee fa) optional
Directions
Cut up vegetables, remove cilantro leaves from stems
Mix dressing ingredients
Toss cubed tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado plus cilantro in bowl.
