 Tapioca flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooking oil3 Cup (48 tbs), for frying

Directions

Make a batter with the coconut milk, sesame seeds, sugar, salt, all purpose flour and tapioca flour. Mix well to make a smooth paste.
Wash and peel potato. Slice them as desired. Take 3 cups of cooking oil in a wok. Dip potato slices one by one into the batter. Deep fry potato slices till golden brown. Take out and drain excess oil. Serve and enjoy.
