Ingredients
| Squid | 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Galangal powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), minced | |
| Spur chillies | 3 , chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fish sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together. Mix till the sugar dissolves. Keep aside.
Cut squid into pieces of 1/8 of an inch. Put in a bowl. Add to it 1 egg yolk. Mix well. Coat squid in flour and deep fry. Drain out excess oil. Serve with the delicious sauce.
