Thai Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
1 T rice vinegar
2 T low sodium Soy sauce
1/4 c honey
2 T Chinese mustard
2 T fresh parsley, finely minced
4 6 oz. salmon steaks nonfat cooking spray
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard and parsley.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the steaks in the grill and cover each with a sjpoonful of the Thai sauce.
Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
Serve with any remaining sauce.
